The Community Foundation for Western Iowa hosted its first Mental Health & Substance Abuse Fund event in late March, welcoming nearly 80 community members for a morning of timely conversation and practical learning. The program featured an in‑depth discussion on mental health awareness, mental health first aid, and actionable steps individuals can take to support well‑being across the region.
