Through purposeful planning, strategic insight, and collaborative needs-assessment within the communities that make up southwest Iowa, this endowed fund supports programming designed to improve the quality of life and well-being of women and their families.
In our community, many potential partners and organizations are ready to step forward and help create solutions for women across southwest Iowa. As we move forward, our goal is to reach out and work closely with a variety of organizations to identify needs and design tangible solutions.

In our community, many potential partners and organizations are ready to step forward and help create solutions for women across southwest Iowa. We work closely with a variety of organizations to identify needs and design tangible solutions based on community input and granting opportunities.
After the implementation of every project/program supported by the Women’s Fund, we want to be able to say the following impact has been made:
- Women are in a position to be more self-sufficient.
- Women are safe, healthy, supported and have the ability to thrive.
- Women are engaging as strong, productive members of their community.
As a Women’s Fund grantee, you will be expected to demonstrate how your project/program will make that impact.
