Hosted by the Southwest Iowa Mental Health & Substance Abuse Fund Committee, this event brings together leading experts to share insights on mental health awareness, practical strategies for community well‑being, and actionable steps each of us can take to support those around us. Attendees will gain meaningful information, resources, and inspiration to help build a healthier, more resilient community.
Over 60 community members gathered on March 26 for a morning focused on supporting the mental health and well‑being of First Responders, Veterans, and their families. The event brought together frontline medical and emergency professionals alongside At Ease USA, First Responders Foundation, and Heartland Family Service to share insights, resources, and encouragement for those who serve our community.
